President Donald Trump delivered a speech to Congress highlighting his administration actions in the first forty three days of his second term. Declaring America is back Trump spoke about economy trade immigration and foreign policy while responding to criticism from Democrats. He said Russia has given strong signals that they are ready for peace and asked would that not be beautiful. His statement came after days of criticism against Zelensky. Trump speech also reignited trade tensions with Canada. Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said he will impose massive retaliatory tariffs in response to US tariffs. He called Trump decision a dumb thing to do while also saying you are a smart guy. Trump responded that there would be more reciprocal tariffs on Canada. He also warned that Mexico and other countries could face economic consequences if they do not comply with his trade policies.
